  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a muffin pan.
  • Mix bananas and melted butter in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then mix in flour.
  • Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  • Spoon batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
