- 2 tablespoons oxtail seasoning or to taste

- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup red wine optional for richer flavor
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 sprig rosemary

Sear the Ribs:
