- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz 225 g penne or spaghetti pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
Cook the pasta: Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
