  • 1 cup cooked crab meat lump or claw
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar, Swiss, or gruyère
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
  • Hot sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Eggs – In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper until fully combined and slightly frothy.
