Ingredients
  

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs or breasts/drumsticks
  • 3 medium carrots sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup (or homemade)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large baking dish, layer the chopped vegetables (carrots, potatoes, and onion) at the bottom.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then place it on top of the vegetables.
  • Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the chicken and vegetables, spreading it evenly.
  • If desired, add a splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce for an added depth of flavor.
  • Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes for a golden finish.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the comfort of a simple, flavorful meal!
