- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp thyme dried or fresh
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: Lemon zest fresh parsley
Prep the Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Sear the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sear chicken until golden and cooked through (6–7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
