Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watermelon Cubed and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Optional, adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place the cubed watermelon in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • 2. Add lime juice and sugar (if using) to the blender and blend again to combine.
  • 3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • 4. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add a few mint leaves while blending. If your watermelon is very sweet, you can skip the sugar altogether!
